Saint Patrick's day.

We are struggling to find ways to fill up our days til baby comes. Too close to baby's birth to start any fun activities (dance or gymnastics...) but still far enough away that Indie & I are going a little stir crazy.  Our big weekday plans were to make sugar cookies for Saint Patrick's day! Huzzah.

I pre measured out all the ingredients for Indie so she could go crazy.  She loved it. I felt like a televised cooking show where they already have everything ready to just dump in.  Too bad we didn't have already baked cookies. I could have just turned around and pulled those out of the oven after the mixing. Indie thought she might die of excitement and impatience waiting to frost her cookies.

Idk what it is, but she can not help but to eat the flour.  Its almost a compulsion.  I caught her licking up some flour that had fallen onto her 'helper stool' the other day.

The sugar sneaking I can understand.

We didn't have any shamrocks or leprechauny cookie cutters. Which in the end didn't matter because everything just looked like a blob covered in frosting.

The master at work.  She was obsessed with the sprinkles.

Dad came home and Indie was immediately his little buddy. She's becoming quite the Daddy's girl as she gets older.  She's starting to really love rough housing and all the silliness that Dad offers.  Lets be real. 9 month pregnant Mom isn't much fun theses days. If I sit down to play we have about a 2 foot radius in which I'll play in.  Too hard to move!

Damon loves the movie Darby O' Gill and the little people. Which, I just can't. It's so boring to me. But Indie humored him and they watched a bit before Indie just go too tired to go on.

Happy Leprechaun Day!  ( 17 more days til the owner of these tiny thing's Due Date rolls around!)
