Last post of our summer adventures. We registered for some camping equipment when we were getting married, and some of my friends gave me some adventure supplies (cooler, water bottles, ext) for my bridal shower. The plan was to camp some where at least every other weekend this summer. As you can imagine though, that fizzled out pretty quickly. What with Damon in school summer semester and life coming up. However, we did get to bust out the camping gear for one great trip!
We took the weekend and went to Payson Lakes campsite. The drive up the canyon was beautiful with the trees.

On the way back down from the canyon we stopped at the Grotto to hike up to the waterfall...and get rid of some energy...
Short easy hike to a pretty little waterfall. Was a great adventure. Maybe next summer we will get around to camping twice!
